What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other major credit cards. All payments are processed securely.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help! Please contact us by using the Contact Us button as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation—what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us by using the Contact Us button as soon as possible.

Skincare-Specific

Is your product safe during pregnancy?

Our hypochlorous acid spray is pregnancy-safe. However, our wrinkle patches contain retinol, which is NOT recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor when in doubt.

How should I store the product?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, use within the expiration date listed on the packaging.
