Shipping Policy

Currently, we only offer shipping to our customers in Canada and the US! Unfortunately, we're not able to ship to other countries at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and shipping destination. Costs will be calculated upon checkout.

• For U.S. orders, all orders at or above $20 will get free standard shipping!

• For Canada, all orders at or above CAD$30 will get free shipping!

 

Do note, this does not apply to subscription orders and duties and tariffs will be paid up front at checkout.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you would like to cancel an order or update your shipping address, please send an email to infohoneydewlabs@gmail.com immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit or the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, please take a photo and notify us immediately at infohoneydewlabs@gmail.com

If your package has been marked delivered yet you can't locate it, please allow 3 business days from the delivered date on the tracking number as some carriers may be experiencing latency issues and lags in their tracking. If by the 3rd business day you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us at infohoneydewlabs@gmail.com

Return & Exchange Policy​

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hellohoneydewlabs@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request a refund. Please note, we limit 1 refund per product for every customer — however, this policy may change depending on your case.

Please note, return shipping fees will not be covered and shipping costs from your order will not be refunded. We take full responsibility for damaged or defective products as noted above. Additionally, we understand that everyone’s skin is different and may react to our products and ingredients. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know!
