If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us below within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.

Please note:

  • One refund per product per customer—however, this policy may be adjusted depending on your specific case.
  • Return shipping fees are not covered, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We take full responsibility for any damaged or defective products as noted above.

We want you to love your Honeydew Labs products—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us using the Contact Us button and include your Order ID in the message. Our team will be happy to help!


Note: Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on our website. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please follow that retailer’s return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we are available in the U.S. and Canada. For all other countries, we recommend ordering through Amazon, as international customers may still be eligible depending on import regulations—please note that any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

How much is shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping to our customers in Canada and the US! Unfortunately, we're not able to ship to other countries at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and shipping destination. Costs will be calculated upon checkout.

  • For U.S. orders, all orders at or above $20 will get free standard shipping!
  • For Canada, all orders at or above CAD$30 will get free shipping!

Do note, this does not apply to subscription orders and duties and tariffs will be paid up front at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Order Cancellations & Modifications?

If you would like to cancel an order or update your shipping address, please send an email to infohoneydewlabs@gmail.com immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package was damaged during transit or the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, please take a photo and notify us immediately at infohoneydewlabs@gmail.com

If your package has been marked delivered yet you can't locate it, please allow 3 business days from the delivered date on the tracking number as some carriers may be experiencing latency issues and lags in their tracking. If by the 3rd business day you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us at infohoneydewlabs@gmail.com
